Local dev/QA toolbox: placeholder text, test files, synthetic data (IDs, IBAN, cards) and utilities (JSON, JWT, regex, hashing).

myTool is a local, privacy-first toolbox for developers, testers, and QA. Every tool runs in the popup on your own device — nothing is uploaded, no data is collected, and the only permission it uses is storage, to remember your settings. It bundles small utilities for two related jobs: • Generating synthetic test data for filling and validating forms — placeholder text, files of an exact target size, and fake identities, payment cards, and bank account numbers with correct check digits. None of this is real data; it is randomly generated for testing only. • Encoding, converting, formatting, and inspecting common developer values — Base64, URL and hex encoding, secure hashing, JWT decoding, JSON formatting and validation, unique IDs, number-base conversion, timestamps, colors, regular-expression testing, and side-by-side text comparison. Also included: an image resizer and a placeholder-text generator with live counters. Everything works offline. myTool makes no network requests and collects no personal data — all processing happens on your device.
