Installed it and I don't notice anything different.

Not usefull at all. Can't change time so it shows 24 h. Can't change news, I'm not intrersted in only news from US. The only thing you can change are Bookmarks. You add a link and you see that link as a big block. The ordinary bookmarks in the browser are more usefull.
