Myloft extension

I am using chrome and when I click on install extension, I get a response that "item is currently unavailable", how can go about this, kindly help.

British council MyLoft extension

I am using an Amazon fire tablet which is running fire OS version 5.7 based on android. After opening myloft it is showing to add extension and after clicking on that button it is showing already added to desktop . But after that also I am unable to open myloft as it is still showing the same prompt to add the extension. Please help.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Hello,

I managed to login and see the databses but when I try access the resources/datbases I get an error ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. This page isn't working.
But when I disable the plugin I am able to load the page.
Kindly help me with htis issue.
