Save the listings you browse into client opportunities and build proposals in your client's language.

MyListClip is a side panel for real estate agents who work with buyers and tenants. Save the listings you are already viewing into each client's opportunity, keep notes on every property, and generate a proposal PDF in your client's language. HOW IT WORKS • Capture: open a listing on Zillow and click "Capture this listing" in the side panel. MyListClip reads that page once (address, price, beds, baths, photos and the published price history) and shows you a confirmation screen before anything is saved. • Manual entry: add a property from any other source by hand. • Opportunities: organize each client's search as an opportunity, to buy or to rent, and mark every property as Proposed, Liked, Offer made (Application sent for rentals) or Discarded. • Comments: keep internal notes on each property, and mark the ones meant for your client. Internal notes never appear in a proposal. • Proposals: generate a PDF with your logo and contact details, one page per property with photos, key numbers and price history, and a side-by-side comparison. Every property links to its source and shows the date it was captured. • Your client's language: the proposal comes out in English, Spanish or Portuguese, following your client's language rather than yours. The side panel and the web dashboard work in all three. ONLY WHEN YOU CLICK MyListClip reads a listing only when you click Capture, on the page already open in your browser. It does not crawl websites, does not open pages for you, and does not re-check saved listings in the background. Access to Zillow is requested the first time you capture there, not when you install. YOUR DATA Your clients and properties are private to your account and isolated from every other agent's in our database. You sign in with Google, or with your email and password, which the extension sends only to our sign-in service, Supabase Auth, and never stores. AVAILABILITY MyListClip is in an invitation-only beta, and the extension needs a MyListClip account. Zillow is supported today; more listing sites will follow.
