Open myfitnesspal.com 2. Click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar 3. Choose your desired date range 4. Click "Export Data". If your diary is set to "private", ensure you are logged in to MyFitnessPal. Your username should automatically populate in the export tool. If your diary is set to "public", you can export without being logged in (however you will need to enter your username in the relevant field). If you would like to add in additional data to the exports or change the file format, click the "Advanced Features" box. Please note: Excessive use of this tool in a short period of time may cause temporary lockouts from the API. These will automatically be lifted after waiting a short period of time.
