Overview

Add buttons to save documents on MyCourses to Google Drive and Dropbox

When viewing a file on MyCourses, Drive and Dropbox buttons will appear next to the regular Download button. ChangeLog: v1.2: - All non-Microsoft files will work - Microsoft files should work most of the time - Buttons do not show up if the generated link won't work v1.1.0: - Fixed "broken" links for most preview-able files.
