My Snippets lets you right-click on any text input, textarea, or contenteditable field and insert a predefined value from a nested context menu — no autofill, no field matching, just a manual "paste this value into the field I right-clicked" tool. Organize your snippets into folders of any depth — personal info, canned support replies, test data, signatures, anything you type repeatedly — and reach them from a native right-click submenu that mirrors your folder structure. Features: - Native right-click context menu, nested to match your folder structure. - Clicking a value fills the field: it replaces the contents of an input/textarea, or inserts at the caret position in a contenteditable field. Either way it fires input/change events, so frameworks (React, Vue, plain JS) pick up the change. - An options page to add, edit, delete, and reorder folders and values, plus export or restore your whole snippet tree as a JSON file whenever you want a manual backup. - Works on any website, since snippets are useful in forms, dashboards, and tools you don't control. - Never lose your snippets: they're backed up automatically through your browser's own built-in sync (the same system that syncs your bookmarks), so they follow you to every device signed into your browser profile — encrypted in transit by the browser, with no account or server of ours involved. Privacy: - Your snippets are stored on your own machine, scoped to your browser profile. If your browser's sync is turned on, they're also mirrored through your browser vendor's own encrypted sync (Chrome, Edge, Brave, etc.) — the same mechanism that already syncs your bookmarks and passwords. If sync is off, everything simply stays on the device. - The extension itself makes no network requests of any kind — no servers, no analytics, no telemetry. The only "network" involved is your browser's own sync, which you already control from its settings. - The content script only reads the field you right-click, in order to insert the value you picked; it never reads, logs, or transmits page content, form data, or browsing activity. - Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data with it.
