My Sales Log

Log deals into My Sales Log without leaving the page you're on.

My Sales Log opens as a Chrome side panel so a sales manager can write a deal into the log without leaving the page they are already on — the DMS, vAuto, the CRM, wherever the deal actually happens. It is a companion to the My Sales Log web and iOS apps. You sign in with the same account, and what you log appears in the same place. WHAT IT DOES • Signs you in and keeps you signed in • Shows your name, your store and your role • Offers only the departments your role may add to, and that your store actually runs • Logs the sales half of a New or Used deal: customer, people, vehicle, front gross and trade • Keeps the date, desk and managers after a save, so several deals in a row go quickly • On a Used deal, type a stock number and press Find to fill the vehicle from your inventory feed. Filled boxes are tinted so you can see what came from the feed and what you typed. If the feed is not from today it refuses and asks you to enter the vehicle by hand, because age, price and market figures move daily and a stale row would be wrong without looking wrong. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO The finance half — finance producer, back gross, payment type, VSC, A/M, Gap, Maintenance — stays with the F&I desk, in the web app or on iOS. The panel creates deals; it does not edit them. PRIVACY The extension reads nothing from the pages you visit. It runs no content scripts and asks for no access to the sites you browse. What you type goes to your own dealership's My Sales Log account and nowhere else. There is no analytics, no advertising, and nothing is sold. Requires a My Sales Log account.
