Kindred collects savings from brands automatically so they can pass on those savings to you. Firstly they check if there is a deal available when you first land on a site and then will activate this deal. Kindred does not collect any data on you other than checking if they have a deal for a site as you shop. If there is a deal present, after the purchase is complete this money saved will be collected in your O2 wallet and then you can choose which green initiatives to support. You will also see the Earthmark sustainability rating which empowers you to shop with sustainable brands. This is a feature which provides you with a simple 0-5 leaf rating with 5 representing retailers leading the fight against climate change by having a net-positive impact on the environment.
