My Morning Door turns Chrome's new tab into a multi-sensory calm space for your morning routine, focus breaks or task transitions. No account, no streaks, nothing to keep up with. Instead of adding another system to maintain, it gives you three optional layers of calm each time you open a new tab. Use one layer, combine them, or continue browsing as usual and everything is optional. • Sight: a full-screen photograph as your new tab background, either from the built-in scenes or a wallpaper you upload yourself. • Sound: ambient rain, ocean, forest or brown noise to help you focus, with optional voice guidance during practices. • Body: a short breathing, grounding or seated muscle-release practice when you want more support. Privacy: Private by design: no sign-in, no tracking, no analytics, no browsing history collected. My Morning Door does not require an account, reminders, streaks or a progress history. Preferences and uploaded background images stay in your browser. Main features: • Calm visual new tab: full-screen photography, with the option to upload your own background image. • Ambient sound: rain, ocean, forest and brown noise. Audio files are bundled with the extension, so sound does not rely on streaming audio or listening analytics. • Optional voice guidance: quiet spoken guidance is available during practices and can be turned off. • Short practices: Longer Exhale, Box Breathing, Sensory Grounding and Seated Muscle Release. • New tab behaviour: show the full pause after a long break, open the quieter resting tab first, or show the full pause every time. • Accessible controls: keyboard navigation, readable typography, adjustable motion and user-controlled sound. How to install: • Open this Chrome Web Store page in Chrome on a desktop, laptop or Chromebook. • Click Add to Chrome. • Click Add extension when Chrome asks for confirmation. • Open a new tab in Chrome.
