I cannot open My Diary.
Please fix. I have trip journals in this diary I can't lose. Am finding it an untrustworthy app and will cut and paste my entries and store elsewhere when and if I can get it to open. Please fix...I did pay to upgrade way back when. It is poor business practice to not post a tech problem and let your customers know what is going on. If you are not going to maintain the site please be honest and tell us so we can do business elsewhere. Very frustrating!

not working
I can't get into my diary. Please fix and please let me know what is going on. I like this app but not when it is not working.

cant log in to my diary
Hi! For the last week I've been met with this error anytime trying to log into My Diary:
"404 Not Found
nginx"
Please fix this as soon as possible since I really value your site!

Can't log in/ 404 error
I'm completely unable to log into mydiary and this is so inconveniencing but also worrying because of the private information.

My Diary not working
When I click on My Diary icon I get message ... 404 Not Found.
It has worked in the last month with no problems. Please fix. I have all my trip journals written in this app and would hate to lose them. Thank you. Nancy Anderson

I am unable to access My Diary. It has years of my daily entries. I am unable to access them or to enter new information.
