Didn't work for me either just like Lee said. Joined the call with a coworker and camera was on by default

So this doesn't even remotely work. I set it to disable camera by default. Joined a Hangouts call and then 3CX webmeeting and both of them popped up me on video right away. Useless.

If you can send me a hangouts link via the support tab I'd be more than happy to see if this was a one off problem or a continuing problem.
