Check how any website's Marketo tracking and forms are set up, in one click, without a Marketo login. Open a website, click the icon, and you get a plain-English list of what's working, what needs a look, and what's broken. It answers the questions every Marketo audit starts with: is the tracking script on the page, is it firing once or twice, which Marketo instance is it pointing at, and does the form keep the campaign details from the ad that brought someone here. WHAT IT CHECKS Tracking • Whether Marketo's tracking script is loaded and actually running • Whether the page visit reached Marketo, and whether it was sent twice • The Marketo instance ID, with a warning when two different instances show up on one page • The Marketo tracking cookie and the domain it was set for • The tracking snippet added more than once Forms • Every Marketo form on the page, whether it showed up, and how many fields it asks for • Hidden fields and their current values • UTM capture: one button reloads the page with test UTMs so you can see whether the form keeps them • Ad click IDs in the page address that have no form field to land in • Fields with no label, forms loaded twice, and forms that failed to appear • Whether forms load from a Marketo address or your own branded domain Privacy and the rest of the page • Whether a cookie consent tool is on the page, and whether Marketo tracking is waiting on it • A short list of other marketing tools detected on the page • A clear message when the site uses a different marketing automation platform Copy the whole check as a report and paste it into a ticket, an audit doc or an email. HOW TO USE 1. Pin the extension to your toolbar. 2. Open any web page, ideally one with a form (contact, demo request, gated content). 3. Click the icon to see the results. 4. Click "Test UTM capture" to check that the form keeps campaign tracking. 5. Click "Copy report" to take the results with you. PRIVACY Everything happens in your browser. The extension only looks at a page when you click its icon, and it never sends anything anywhere. No account, no analytics, no tracking. PERMISSIONS • "Read and change data on the current site when you click the extension" lets the extension look at the page you're on, only after you click its icon.
