Summarize, research, write, and search your email right inside Gmail. And automatic. Stash is your reading list for you and your agents — private until you flip it Public at multify.co/you. No extra app to remember — Stash just captures what you already save: • Right-click any page or link → Stash this — works everywhere • Bookmark a post on X → automatically lands in Stash • Save or Watch Later on YouTube → automatically lands in Stash • More → Save on LinkedIn → automatically lands in Stash Unbookmarking on X / unsaving on YouTube or LinkedIn does not remove it from Stash. Add a note on why it mattered and flip it Public to publish it to your profile. A quick toast lets you open it in Stash or make it public right away. ▶ GMAIL — Your inbox, with an agent beside it Multify works inside Gmail, for personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Click the Multify icon on a conversation, or in Gmail's right-hand app strip, to open the side panel. • Summarize — tap Summarize on any conversation, or ask anything about it: what's being asked, what's due, who's waiting on whom. Turn the asks into tasks in one step. • Triage — check a few rows in your inbox and ask who needs a reply, or have Multify group them. • Research people — hover over a sender or anyone on the thread and tap Research this person. When a new contact, prospect, or introduction lands, the Multify icon shimmers and offers a one-tap Research chip with their name. Anywhere on the web, highlight text, right-click, and pick Research this. • Write and reply — say "email sam@acme.com about moving Thursday's demo" and a Gmail compose window opens with the recipients, subject, and message filled in. Tap Write a reply and the reply lands in Gmail's reply box, threaded and with your signature. Multify never sends: you review the draft and press Send. • Search — "pull up emails from Vincent" runs the search in your Gmail tab, with the top matches in the chat; tap one to open it, or jump back to where you were. Ask what the emails say — "what did Priya say about pricing this month?" or "find the tracking number in my Amazon email" — and Multify reads them through your connected Gmail. • Always the right inbox — Multify uses the account your Gmail tab is signed into. If that account isn't connected yet, it tells you, offers Connect Gmail, and picks up where it left off once you're connected. It never quietly reads a different mailbox. Searching never changes, sends, or deletes mail. ▶ CHAT — Talk to your agent with the page you're on Click the toolbar icon (or press Alt+X) to open the Multify side panel. It streams a live chat with your agent, using the current tab as context. Right-click a page, a link, or selected text to drop it into the composer. Tell it things like: • "Analyze this article and write a blog post, then publish it" • "Find the right contact at this company and save them as a CRM lead" • "Summarize this thread and send me the key takeaways" • "Draft a cold email based on this company's About page" • "Extract the pricing from this page into a spreadsheet" The extension sends the page URL, title, and any text you've selected, so the agent has more than a bare link. ▶ TASKS — Create a task from any page Turn what you're browsing into a task on your Multify board. The extension pre-fills the title from the page and the description from the URL and selected text. Assign it to an agent or a teammate. ▶ CAPTURE — Screenshot and share Screenshot the current page, upload it to Multify Files, and get a shareable link. Send it to your agent, drop it in a task, or share it elsewhere. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Install the extension and sign in to Multify 2. Browse as usual — bookmark on X, Save on YouTube, or right-click to Stash any link. Open the side panel to chat and create tasks, or click the Multify icon in Gmail to work with your email. 3. Your agent gets the context and gets to work 4. Results show up in chat, in Gmail as drafts ready for you to send, on your dashboard (and your public Stash at multify.co/you), or through the channels you've connected ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CONNECTS TO YOUR TOOLS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Multify agents can connect to thousands of apps — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, your CRM, and more. Set up your agent at multify.co, then install and sign in. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PERMISSIONS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Active tab and tabs — read the current page URL, title, and selection; open Stash and dashboard links • Context menus — add Stash this, Send to Multify, Create Task, and Research this • Storage — remember your model choice, your settings, and short-lived panel prefill • Cookies — sign in to your Multify account (app.multify.co) • Side panel — the chat UI • Scripting — inject the on-page toast and picker after you click a menu or shortcut • Alarms — keep checking on a reply that's still running after you close the side panel • Site access — show a small tab at the edge of a page with the number of public Stash notes people have left on it, and run the optional checkout helper if you turn it on in Settings The extension also runs on Google and Bing search (a small button that starts a chat with your search), and on X, LinkedIn, and YouTube so a native Bookmark or Save can add that post or video to Stash. It only sends the URL (and optional title) of what you chose to save — not your full browsing history. In Gmail, the extension reads the conversation you have open, or the subjects and people of rows you've checked, only when you click the Multify icon. While People Research is on (Settings → People Research), opening a conversation sends the people on it and a short excerpt so Multify can decide whether to offer a Research chip; turn it off to stop that. Drafts and searches happen in your own Gmail tab. Multify reads messages beyond what's on your screen only through a Gmail account you connect, matched to the account you're signed into. The extension never reads your mailbox in the background and never sends mail.
