Just FYI you have a typo in your description "Manage and visualize multuple Elasticsearch endpoints from within this Chrome extension". "multuple" should be "multiple"

structured query not working

Any Request window is not working properly. please rectify it.

the structured query works again, but for the "any request" section it's still borken. The problem is due to a margin error that hide a part of the form. You can add margin-top: 88px; to .uiAnyRequest-request css class to fix this
