Mr. Day One 是一个带 AI 助手的桌面 IDE。这个扩展把它接到你平时用的浏览器上：你让 AI 在某个你已经登录的网站上做事时，它就在你的浏览器里做，不用另开一个窗口重新登录。 - 真实的点击、输入、回车、滚动、截图、读页面——和 IDE 自带浏览器同一套动作。 - AI 动过的标签页都收进「Mr. Day One」分组，它碰了哪些页一眼看得到。 - 它操作时浏览器顶部会显示「Mr. Day One 已开始调试此浏览器」，点那一条上的「取消」随时叫停；闲置 5 分钟自己松手。 - 你自己弹出的确认框它不替你点，有没保存内容的页面它不替你离开。 - 扩展只和同一台电脑上的 Mr. Day One 应用说话（浏览器的本机通信），不连任何服务器。 需要安装 Mr. Day One 桌面应用（macOS 或 Windows）。
