# MPT4 AUTO KEY-IN **Smart Assessment Data Entry Assistant for Malaysian Primary Schools** MPT4 AUTO KEY-IN is a Chrome Extension designed to help teachers simplify and streamline the process of entering student assessment marks into the SBPPA system. By importing an Excel mark sheet, teachers can match student records and automatically enter assessment scores into the corresponding fields on the SBPPA marks-entry page. ### KEY FEATURES **1. Excel Mark Sheet Import** - Import MPT4 assessment records directly from Excel (.xlsx). - Supports five subjects: Bahasa Melayu (BM), Bahasa Inggeris (BI), Bahasa Cina (BC), Mathematics (MT) and Science (SN). - Automatically reads student records and component marks. **2. Automatic Student Matching** - Matches Excel records with students displayed on the SBPPA page. - Uses student identification information for matching. - Displays matching results before entering marks. **3. Sequential Automatic Mark Entry** - Automatically enters marks into the corresponding assessment fields. - Processes students and assessment components sequentially. - Skips blank marks and marks that already match. - Checks entered values against the original Excel data. **4. Entry Control and Verification** - Start, Pause, Resume and Stop controls. - Real-time entry progress. - Automatic verification of entered marks. - Stops when an unexpected error or mismatch is detected. **5. Bilingual Interface** - Full Chinese (中文) and Bahasa Melayu interface. - Teachers can switch languages from the Side Panel. - Language preference is saved locally. **6. Chrome Side Panel** - Convenient Side Panel interface. - Easy access to Excel records, student matching results and entry progress. ### PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING - Excel processing is performed locally within the extension. - Student identification information is used for matching purposes. - The extension does not intentionally transmit student records to an external server. - Teachers remain responsible for checking the entered marks and completing the official saving process. ### IMPORTANT NOTICE This extension is designed as an assessment data-entry assistance tool for authorised users. Teachers must ensure they have permission to use the extension and comply with applicable school and Ministry of Education policies. The extension does not automatically click the SBPPA **Simpan** or **Hantar** buttons. Teachers must review the entered marks and complete the saving process themselves. Please note that the SBPPA website may have its own automatic-saving behaviour in response to input events.
