FormPilot – One-Click Form Filler
Overview
Save the forms you fill again and again. Keep the values that change, fill everything else in one click.
FormPilot saves the forms you fill again and again, so next time you fill them in one click. Job applications, timesheets, order forms, support tickets, signups, internal admin tools: if you keep typing the same name, email, address, phone number and dropdown choices into the same site, FormPilot does it for you. Fill the form once by hand, save it, and from then on click Fill (or press Alt+Shift+F). KEEP THE VALUES THAT CHANGE Most repeat forms have a few fields that are different every time, like a date, a reference number or a message. When you save a form, just switch those fields off. FormPilot fills everything else, leaves those fields empty, highlights them in orange and puts your cursor in the first one, so you only type what actually changed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a form and fill it in once as usual 2. Click the FormPilot icon and choose "Save this page's form" 3. Give it a name and switch off the fields that change each time 4. Next time, open the page and click Fill, or press Alt+Shift+F FEATURES • One-click fill, plus a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+F) that picks the best saved form for the page • Several saved forms per website, e.g. "Work address" and "Home address" • Save a form for the whole site, or only for matching pages such as /jobs/*/apply • If a page has several forms, choose which one to save • Fills text, email, date and number fields, text areas, dropdowns (including ones that load late), radio buttons and checkboxes • Works on modern sites built with React, Vue and Angular • Manage page: search, edit, duplicate and delete your saved forms • Export and import your forms as a JSON backup, or move them to another computer PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server, there is no account and no tracking. • Password fields and file uploads are never saved. • FormPilot only touches a page when you click Fill or press the shortcut. GOOD TO KNOW • Fields inside embedded frames (iframes) aren't captured. • Rich-text editors and custom widgets that aren't real form fields may not fill. • Chrome doesn't allow extensions on its own pages (chrome://, the Web Store, the new tab page). Stop retyping the same form. Save it once, fill it forever.
