MoveOver (HighLevel to Votel Migration)

Migrate a GoHighLevel sub-account to Votel: contacts, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, templates and more, in one run.

Move a GoHighLevel sub-account into Votel, and get a straight answer on how it went. MoveOver runs inside your own signed-in GoHighLevel tab. It reads the sub-account the way you would, then, with your own Votel API key, builds it in your Votel account. Whatever Votel cannot take yet goes into a ZIP on your computer, next to the report. What goes into Votel through its API: • Contacts, with their custom fields, tags and custom values (as global variables) • Automations, rebuilt as Votel workflows: one agent per HighLevel folder, every workflow created switched off so nothing fires until you say so • Contacts who were mid-sequence resume at the same step once you switch the workflow on • Email templates, message templates and trigger links • Pipelines and open deals, calendars and upcoming appointments, forms and surveys • Products, coupons and open invoices, scheduled social posts, contact notes and tasks • The media library What stays in the ZIP: • Websites and funnels, as rendered HTML you can open in a browser • Conversation history (optional) • Phone system settings, and anything Votel refused, with the reason The report answers the five questions an owner actually has: what migrated, what worked, what changed, what failed, and what to do before switching HighLevel off. Every workflow that changed or failed is drawn twice, HighLevel on the left and Votel on the right, with each difference named and the action to take. Workflows copied exactly are listed by name, out of the way. At the end of the run MoveOver reads Votel back and checks its own work. You stay in control. Do a sample run with your 200 most recent contacts first. Stop a run at any point. Undo a migration and Votel is back to how it was before, down to the contact. Privacy: MoveOver only reads your GoHighLevel account. Your data goes to two places: your computer (the ZIP) and your own Votel account, under your key. MoveOver keeps a copy of the report in your MoveOver library so you can open it later; switch that off in the options if you prefer. Needs a MoveOver license key.
