This is an English-Japanese translation dictionary and not a general English dictionary. Should have been directly clear in the title and description.

Uh, not the cleanest looking little thing. If you wanna use a pop-up dictionary to learn jp, just use yomitan. Are there any en-cn dictionaries for this thing?
