Learn languages while you watch the videos you love. Motsy makes the subtitles on YouTube and Netflix readable and clickable: the language you're learning on top, your own language below. Click a word you don't know and its meaning opens in one card; save it together with the original audio from the scene, then review until it sticks. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a video with subtitles on YouTube or Netflix. 2. Click a word you don't know: its meanings, its meaning in that sentence and its pronunciation, all in one card. 3. Save the word. It lands on your dashboard with its sentence, the original audio and a frame from the scene. 4. As you review, your saved words light up one by one as stars in a constellation. FEATURES • Dual subtitles: the language you're learning on top, your own language below, so you read both without leaving the scene. • Subtitle stream: the whole dialogue flows in a side panel. Click a line and the video jumps to that moment. Words you've learned show in green, words you're learning in orange. • One-click word card: meanings, the meaning in this sentence, phonetics and spoken pronunciation. • AI explanations: ask Gemini what the word means in this sentence and how the sentence is built. • YouGlish: hear the word from different speakers in real videos. • Saved with its sound: each word keeps the original audio of its sentence, in the speaker's own voice, with a frame from the scene beside it. Listen again any time on your dashboard, or jump back to that second in one click. • Constellation reviews: your saved words become constellations, and every right answer lights up a star. • Pronunciation score: say the sentence yourself and get accuracy, fluency and completeness scores in seconds. • Cultural mosaic: works of art reveal themselves piece by piece at 100, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 words. • Dashboard: your weekly activity, level and mosaic in one place. 11 LANGUAGES English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese. Any of them can be your native language and any of them the language you learn. The interface appears in your native language. FREE Motsy is free and works with a free account: create one to choose the language you learn, save words and review them. Some features, such as AI explanations and pronunciation scoring, come with daily allowances. PRIVACY • The subtitles of the videos you watch are never stored. Only the words you save are kept in your account, together with their sentence and scene. • Your pronunciation recording is used only to score it and is never stored. • Your account data is kept on servers in the European Union. On YouTube, if there are none in your language, Motsy asks whether you'd like to switch to YouTube's automatic translation; on Netflix, if the title has no subtitles in your language, only the line in the language you're learning is shown. • After installing Motsy, reload any YouTube or Netflix tabs that were already open; the welcome page does this in one click.
