Mostly Recipes is a personal recipe manager that gives you one place to save, organize, and cook from the recipes you love. Mostly Recipes Clipper is the browser extension for saving recipes as you browse. It captures recipes from the current page and keeps them locally until you import them into your Mostly Recipes library. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a recipe page. 2. Open Mostly Recipes Clipper. 3. Choose “Clip this recipe” 4. Review your saved clips, then open Mostly Recipes to import them. The Clipper shows how many recipes are waiting, prevents the same page from being clipped twice, and lets you remove anything you no longer want. WHEN A RECIPE CAN’T BE FOUND If the Clipper can’t find a structured recipe on the page, you can save the page for review with Chef AI in Mostly Recipes. Nothing is sent to an AI service unless you explicitly choose to start that process. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • The extension reads the current page’s URL when you open it so it can show the appropriate controls. • Recipe content is read only after you choose “Clip this recipe”. • Recipe parsing happens in your browser. • Clips remain in local extension storage until you import or delete them. • The extension does not visit pages in the background. • The extension does not send page content, usage data, or analytics to external servers. When you import a clip, Mostly Recipes saves it to your local Recipe Library. The Mostly Recipes web app may report import status and source URL for diagnostics, as described in its privacy policy.
