MossDL Capture
Overview
Send download links and media to the MossDL desktop app. Requires MossDL for Windows.
MossDL Capture connects Chrome to the MossDL download manager for Windows. Send links from the right-click menu, find file links on a page, or send media addresses to the desktop app. Optional stream detection finds supported media addresses in the current tab; you choose which ones to send. Automatic download capture starts disabled. When enabled, the extension stops a browser download only after MossDL acknowledges the handoff. If the desktop connection fails, the browser download is left untouched. Optional site-session sharing asks before sending cookies to your local MossDL installation. Support varies by website; the extension does not guarantee access to protected streams or every download source. Requires Chrome 120 or later and the MossDL Windows desktop application with its browser connection enabled. This extension is not a standalone downloader.
