Overview
Mortgage transparency, transparency and transparency
Mortgage Panic is a tool that helps you figure out your mortgage costs. It tells you how much interest you'll pay, shows monthly payments, and the total amount you'll pay back over the years. Default time intervals and interest rates are preset. Users may customize them as needed. It's compatible with five different websites in The United States, The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: https://www.rightmove.co.uk https://www.zillow.com https://www.realtor.ca https://www.realestate.com.au https://www.realestate.co.nz After the user opens the mentioned website, the tool will find the property's price. Based on this price, the plugin will calculate interest rates at various levels and time intervals, then create a table that will be inserted directly under the price.

This is shocking, the property prices at the current interest rates are making buying a house an unfordable. Crash is imminent

This is a fantastic tool - I've been going crazy trying to figure out the financial nightmare on a house I am hoping to buy, and Mortgagepanic FINALLY allowed me to see everything right up front. I now have a much, much better and clearer idea of what I will be facing if and when I decide to buy this house. It's made my decision so much easier!
