Explain the user selected document.
This is a extension that help user understand their non-native language on the web page. The extension UI will stay on browser side panel. Whenever user select a piece of text on the web page, the extension will show the text in side panel. If user want to understand the text in any language, they could choose and hit translate and explain button.
