Moonbow Sync — paste notes, map goals, import baselines, and re-auth reports into your clinic EHR. Review before saving.

Moonbow Sync helps ABA clinic staff paste session notes from Moonbow Session Capture into web-based EHR systems such as CentralReach, Motivity, and Hi Rasmus. Moonbow is NOT your system of record. Moonbow Sync does not auto-save to your EHR. You review every paste and save in your EHR as usual. HOW IT WORKS — SESSION NOTES 1. Complete a session in the Moonbow mobile app — LUMI generates a paste-ready note. 2. Open your clinic EHR session note page in Chrome. 3. Open Moonbow Sync, select the session, and click Paste into EHR. 4. Review the text and save in your EHR. ADDITIONAL CLINICIAN WORKFLOWS (v1.2.0) • Map goals — Match session frequency/duration counts to goal fields on your open EHR tab. Review matches, then confirm before values are applied. • Import patient baseline — Read a treatment plan or BIP page into Moonbow Capture Profile (BCBA accounts; preview before import). • Paste re-auth report — Paste a Moonbow 6-month progress report draft into your EHR progress report field (BCBA accounts; edit in Moonbow dashboard first).
