Mood Place Picker is a lightweight Chrome extension that helps users choose places to go based on their current mood. The extension allows users to select how they feel (such as relaxed, romantic, energetic, stressed, or hungry), along with optional preferences like budget, available time, and atmosphere. Based on these inputs, it generates a list of suitable place ideas such as cafés, parks, entertainment spots, or outdoor activities. Users can copy any suggestion with one click or open a related search in Google Maps. All suggestions are generated locally inside the extension popup using predefined place categories. The extension does not access browser tabs, does not track location, and does not collect or store any personal data. No permissions are required, and all features work offline. Mood Place Picker is designed for users who want quick inspiration for leisure activities without using complex planning tools or sharing personal information.
