MonoTab replaces Chrome’s New Tab page with a clean, visual workspace for the websites and resources you use every day. Keep frequently used sites one click away, and organize your work, study, research, and personal resources into separate Spaces. MonoTab stays simple and focused, with no account required, no ads, and no analytics. Key features: • Create visual shortcuts using website favicons. • Organize folders and links into separate personal Spaces. • Use up to two folder levels for a clear and compact structure. • Reorder shortcuts, folders, and links with drag and drop. • Import Chrome bookmarks with duplicate-link protection. • Display the current date with a 12-hour or 24-hour clock. • Choose from light and dark themes, six curated color palettes, and custom backgrounds stored locally on your device. • Use common image, animated image, or video files as custom backgrounds, with files up to 75 MB. • Export and import local backups. • Choose whether links open in the current tab or a new tab. • Use MonoTab in twenty interface languages, with automatic browser-language detection and right-to-left language support. Privacy: MonoTab stores workspace data locally in Chrome on your device. It does not require a user account or use analytics services, advertising SDKs, or remotely hosted executable code. Workspace data is not sent to a developer-operated server. Chrome bookmarks are accessed locally only when you choose to import them. Custom background files remain stored on your device and are not uploaded by MonoTab.
