Disabling sites is very helpful! I have hacker news disabled all work day and it's helping me a ton!

Monkai is simply amazing. It is easy to use. Monkai blocked facebook and reddit for me which I am now using consciously instead of compulsively consuming mindless content. The impact is immediate, I became productive without having to actually think about it.

Big fan of the pomodoro shortcuts. The only thing is I wish there was a way to continue using my Chrome tab for other extensions. If they could add that that'd be a killer feature.
