What you can do with Monitrol: Track active time by website See today, yesterday, last 7 days, and last 30 days View a live timer for the current website Compare today with yesterday Review weekly trends and site changes Open site details with page-level usage Set display names and manual categories Create daily soft goals for sites or categories Get gentle in-extension reminders when a goal is over its limit Pause tracking when you need to Exclude websites from tracking Export your selected range as CSV Clear local usage data by range, site, or all data Monitrol is designed for self-awareness, not surveillance. Your usage records and settings are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. Monitrol does not require an account and does not send your usage data to a server.
