Copilot for Monee Product Factory: explains configuration, diagnoses save errors, and applies changes to plan drafts.

Monee Product Factory Copilot is an AI assistant for the Product Factory module of the Monee Insurance Back Office (BO). It works only on Monee BO pages and is intended for internal product-operations staff. What it does • Explain: ask what a configuration field means, how to fill it, and which options are valid for the current plan. • Diagnose: when a Save or Submit is rejected, click "Ask AI" on the error dialog and get a plain-language explanation of which field triggered the rule and how to fix it. • Apply: describe a change in natural language (e.g. update a benefit's sum insured and display text) and the copilot validates it against the product rules and saves it to the plan draft. Drafts still go through the normal approval flow; nothing goes live automatically. • Compare and calculate: compare plans, list premium trial factors, and run a trial calculation. How it works The copilot opens in the Chrome side panel next to the BO page. It reads the product, version and plan you are viewing, and can read the current page (including unsaved edits) when you ask about "this field". Requests are sent to Monee's own AI platform and Product Factory services; no data is sent to third parties. Requirements • A Monee BO account. The extension only activates on Monee BO domains and does nothing on other sites.
