This Chrome extension highlights the inanity of the phrase by turning (almost) every instance of "most people" in your browser to "moist people", jarring you out of your complacency and reminding you not to take this statement too seriously. The extension only changes the way text is presented on your screen. It will not affect any text you enter (in emails, Tweets, Google Docs or whatever).
