Then pick the plan that suits you: - Free — up to 20 SmartTexts and 5 SmartMails, with no time limit - Pro (€9.99/year) — everything unlimited, import assistant for other tools, site restrictions, duplicate manager, AutoFetch 🔄 IMPORT YOUR DATA IN 2 MINUTES Already using TextExpander, Text Blaze, Espanso, or another tool? Modula's import assistant reads your exports (json, csv, txt, yaml) and automatically converts your variables ({name}, %filltext%, {formtext}, etc.) to the Modula format — no data loss, no manual recoding. The assistant is included in the 14-day trial, then reserved for the Pro plan: migrate right after installing. ✨ FEATURES 📝 Expander — Type a keyword (e.g. !bj) and Modula automatically inserts your full text. Works on Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, CRMs, and everywhere on the web. 📋 SmartTexts (snippet library) — Create, organize, and insert your texts in one click from the Sidebar (floating panel) or the Launcher (Ctrl+Space). Type * followed by a category name to search only in it. ✉️ SmartMails (email templates) — Manage complete email templates: subject, recipients, body, and dynamic variables. Insert in one click or generate a pre-filled mailto link. A feature no direct competitor offers in this form. ⭐ Overbar — A favorites bar appears above every input field. ⚡ SelAction — Select text on any page to display a contextual toolbar with your SmartMails and quick actions. 🔢 Dynamic fields — dates, time slots, single or multiple choice lists, selected text, or your own fields to fill in to personalize every insertion. 🖱️ AutoCopy — Arm a field in the insertion form, then select text on the page: it lands in the field right away. On a date or time field, Modula recognizes the date and time written in your selection — in figures or spelled out. 🔗 AutoFetch (Pro) — Link a field to an element on a page: a customer name in your CRM, a tracking number. When the form opens, Modula fetches the value from your open tabs; you check, then confirm. Nothing it reads is saved. 🗂️ Categories — Organize by project, client, or team, with an icon and an order of your choice, used in every menu. 🌐 Site restrictions (Pro) — Limit a category or a tool to specific sites: your support templates only show up in your support tool. 🧰 Toolbox — Turn on only the tools you use and set each one up in its own tab. 💾 Backup — A reminder when your library has changed, or a daily automatic backup, stored locally. Built-in integrity check and repair. 🕘 History & trash — Every item keeps its previous versions, a deleted item stays 30 days in the trash, and an unlucky import or conversion can be undone in one click. 🩺 Data health — A daily report on your library (backup, duplicates, empty categories…) in the icon menu, with the button to act on it. 👥 Duplicates (Pro) — Find items with the same title, keyword or content, and compare them side by side. 🔁 Conversion — Turn a SmartText into a SmartMail and back, one at a time or in bulk. 🌙 Light / dark theme, adjustable text size 📖 Full documentation and a guided introduction to get started 🔒 100% local — Your data never leaves your device. No account required, zero telemetry. 🌍 Available in French, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil).
