Make Moderation Great Again!

Modifies the forum's moderation report list. For each reports it adds as a comment the language tag along with other helpful tags so the moderators know where each post belongs to. The tags and information are taken specifically from the post itself. An extra form is also added next to the moderation list. This list allows configuration of moderators names and IDs. A button for each moderator in the list is shown that when clicked it filters the moderation report page with reports that are assigned to that specific moderator.
