Take control of Perplexity’s model selector. Hide models you do not use. You can also enter additional model names manually if Perplexity adds or renames options. Lock your preferred model Choose a preferred model and keep Perplexity’s stored model preference synchronized with it. When enabled, the extension: Makes new searches start with your preferred model Detects when the visible selector has changed Restores the selector to your chosen model when appropriate Both model hiding and model locking are disabled by default. Enable them from the extension popup. This is an unofficial third-party extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Perplexity AI.
