Mobile View: Device Emulator & Responsive Tester
Overview
Multi-device viewer and mobile preview for phone, tablet and desktop—with responsive testing, mobile simulator and device emulator.
Mobile View is a free, open-source multi-device viewer and responsive website testing tool for Chrome. Preview a website in up to four phone, tablet, laptop, and desktop views side by side with a mobile emulator, device simulator, and responsive design tester in one workspace. - Choose realistic devices, change orientation and zoom, reload individual previews, or create custom viewport sizes. - Synchronize scrolling, supported interactions, and navigation across matching previews. - Save device sets, favorites, and recent devices, or focus one viewport for detailed testing. - Capture a viewport or the complete workspace, then annotate it with pen, box, arrow, text, and crop tools. - Compare a local design beside or over the live website and mark feedback without uploading the reference. - Copy a structured responsive-fix prompt with the URL, devices, viewport sizes, and optional issue details to your coding tool. Everything runs locally in your browser. No account, subscription, analytics, telemetry, or application backend is required. URLs, screenshots, recordings, designs, annotations, and settings are not sent to a backend.
