Thank you for not making the new tab page "completely empty with nothing on it at all except for buttons which let you send the creator money", unlike a certain other extension.

Can the fade be disabled? I just want a simple black blank page - no fade, no blinding white flash like with redirects i've tried.

Just turns whole page dark grey. No Google, no shortcuts, no bookmarks.

I would rather it have an option to disable the unnecessary animation. I will look for a dark grey bew tab extension without any animation added.
