unable to login on Data Dive

Hi, after I installed the Data Dive Extension, I couldn't login on Data Dive, I had try several times, it will always flashing back and is impossible to manage my subscribtion and settings. would you please kindly help check? many thanks!

Why when I download Data Dive data, It comes up with "Error, Unable to run a Cerebro Search, could not get an API token" Can you tell me why? urgently needed. (Hint: Make sure Helium10 still has some quotas today)

No Error Message

We did not receive an error message prompting us to accept permissions and now Data Dive will not work. We've enabled it, deleted it and redownloaded it, and nothing seems to have worked. We can't find a manual way to reach the permissions either.
