Select a web table or local PDF, review and correct the results, then copy them into a spreadsheet or export Excel and CSV files. No account is required for the free extension features. WEB TABLES AND LISTS • Discover standard HTML tables, supported dynamic tables, repeated lists, cards and regularly aligned grids. • Use point-and-click selection when automatic discovery needs help. • Extract headerless data while keeping the first record and generating editable column names. • Preserve available link addresses and review missing or uncertain fields. REVIEW, EDIT AND EXPORT • Check row counts, rename and reorder columns, choose fields and edit cells. • Undo or redo changes, copy to a spreadsheet or copy as Markdown. • Export Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files, save local tasks and back up your data. CONTINUOUS COLLECTION Collect through supported Next-page buttons, Load-more buttons, manual page changes and virtual scrolling. After a web collection job starts, you can close the sidebar while keeping the source tab and browser open. Closing or discarding the source tab, or restarting the browser, may pause the job. Review progress and record counts before resuming. TEXT-BASED PDFs Select a local PDF, choose a region, adjust column boundaries and headers, then preview and export the results. Scanned or image-only PDFs and OCR are not supported. Keep the PDF workspace open while processing. FREE AND PAID PRO FEATURES Free includes current-table extraction and export, one saved task, and continuous collection trials up to 3 pages/batches or 500 cumulative rows per task, whichever is reached first. A next batch exceeding the allowance is paused. Free PDF use is limited to one file and up to 3 pages per operation. Technical size limits still apply. Optional paid Pro adds larger continuous jobs, multiple saved tasks, reusable website rules, multi-table Excel export and batch PDF workflows. Purchase on the RowGather website, then activate your license key in the extension. Price, license duration and activation allowance are shown at checkout. Activations identify browser installations, not physical computers. Pro requires initial online activation and periodic verification. Existing saved data remains available for viewing, export and backup when Pro is unavailable. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS Extracted table and PDF content is processed locally and is not uploaded to RowGather. Licensing sends your license key, random installation ID and device name over HTTPS. The extension also retrieves public pricing and support information. The licensing service processes request IP addresses for security and rate limiting. Website access is requested as needed. There is no advertising tracking, behavioral analytics or remote executable code. Some page structures require manual selection or are unsupported. Use only content you are permitted to access.
