Overview

View new mail from multiple Gmail accounts together in one tab

MsgView for Gmail is a Chrome extension that displays new messages from multiple Gmail accounts signed in to Chrome in one unified view. You can review subjects, senders, received times, and message summaries in chronological order without repeatedly opening Gmail for each account. You can also filter messages by account. 【Main Features】 ・Display new messages from multiple Gmail accounts in one unified view ・Filter messages by account ・Automatic refresh intervals of 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes, or 5 minutes ・Display the number of newly detected messages on the toolbar icon ・View, select, and copy message summaries ・Open messages in Gmail ・Reply, archive, report spam, or move messages to the Trash from MsgView ・Use Operation Verification Mode to confirm the target action on the Gmail screen 【Privacy】 Retrieved email information is used only for display and operation on your device. Email content is not saved or transmitted to the developer’s or any third-party server. 【Important Information】 This extension operates using Gmail Atom feeds and the Gmail interface. Only new messages available through Atom feeds can be displayed. It does not provide access to older messages or allow you to search for arbitrary read messages. Message retrieval and actions such as replying, archiving, reporting spam, or moving messages to the Trash may not work correctly depending on Google’s service availability, changes to the Gmail interface, the display language, or the current Gmail view. “Move to Trash” does not permanently delete a message. Messages moved to the Trash can be restored from Gmail’s Trash folder. 【Release Notes】 v0.8.42 ・Reply, Archive, Report Spam, and Move to Trash are available again. The email action buttons that were temporarily hidden in v0.7.0 are now displayed again. These are experimental features that depend on the Gmail interface, so please check the result after each action. ・You can now send a reply by pressing Shift+Enter in the reply field. Pressing Enter without Shift continues to insert a new line. ・A “+ Add another account” button has been added. You can open Google’s official account sign-in page directly from the account list. ・The guidance displayed when you are not signed in to Gmail has been improved. MsgView now explains that you must sign in to monitor new messages and provides a link to open Gmail and sign in. ・Email dates and times are now displayed according to Chrome’s display language.
