Overview

Connect Chrome through your own proxy in one click and see what it really does, or through a tested free proxy by country.

HProxy is a proxy switcher and proxy checker for Chrome: connect through your own HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy, or a tested free proxy, in one click, and see what the proxy really does. ONE PRESS Press the H, or flip the switch, and Chrome goes through your proxy. Press again and you are back on your own address. The card shows where sites now see you: the country, the address, and the route from your browser to the exit. YOUR OWN PROXY Paste a proxy line in almost any shape (host:port, host:port:user:pass, user:pass@host:port, socks5://...) and connect. HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxies all work. HProxy finds out which protocol your proxy speaks by testing it inside your browser, with only the test going through it, so your pages never move to a proxy that does not work. Your proxy and its password never leave your browser: the login goes only to the proxy it belongs to. Proxies you connected to are saved for one-click reuse. A PROXY CHECKER IN YOUR BROWSER Every connection is checked straight away: the address sites see and its network, whether the proxy is elite or adds headers that give you away, whether WebRTC can reach around it, and whether your time zone and language match the exit's country. A check that cannot answer says so; it never reports a pass it did not measure. FREE PROXIES, TESTED FIRST Pick a country, or Quick Connect to the fastest free proxy anywhere. Every free proxy is tested before your pages use it, and one that dies while you browse is replaced by the next working one on its own. "New IP" moves you to a different exit. Free proxies are public proxies run by others: fine for seeing a site from another country, wrong for anything with a login. The full free proxy list is at hproxy.com/free-proxy-list. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking. While you are connected, WebRTC is locked to the proxy so a page cannot reach around it; it is released when you disconnect. Everything the extension sends, and to where, is listed at hproxy.com/privacy. A proxy is not a VPN: HProxy changes the proxy Chrome uses, not the rest of your computer. For your whole computer, the HProxy app for Windows sets the proxy that browsers and most programs follow, and checks whole proxy lists at once: hproxy.com/proxy-checker Made by HProxy: hproxy.com
