Linvox
Overview
Say what needs doing in Linear; get issues you can review and create in one click. Optimized for English.
Linvox turns a quick voice note into Linear issues. Click the microphone next to Search in Linear's sidebar, say what needs doing, and Linvox drafts issues with a title, a description and, when you mention them, an assignee, labels and a project from your team. Review and edit the drafts, then create them all in one click. How it works - Records only after you click the button, and stops when you click again (up to 10 minutes). Nothing is recorded in the background. - Your recording is transcribed and turned into draft issues by the Linvox service. The audio itself is not stored. - Issues are created directly from your browser with your own Linear Personal API key. The key stays in your browser and is never sent to the Linvox service. - Linvox only uses assignees, labels and projects that already exist in your team. It never sets priority, due dates or status. Getting started 1. Open the Linvox setup page and allow microphone access. 2. Paste a Linear Personal API key and choose your default team. 3. Open linear.app and click the microphone next to Search. Optimized for English. Speech in other languages is transcribed, but issues are always written in English. Linvox is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Linear.
