)Overview
Send your Skool community's membership question answers to a Google Sheet.
Skootly adds a one-click "Approve all" button to your Skool community's membership requests, and saves every new member's answers (and email) straight into Google Sheets. No more copying answers by hand. No Zapier. No duplicates. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with Google or an email code. 2. Click "Connect Google Sheets". Skootly creates your sheet in one click. 3. Open your community's pending membership requests on Skool. Click "Approve all", or approve people one by one with Skool's own Approve button. Either way, their answers land in your sheet. WHAT YOU GET ✨ Bulk approve: approve every pending member with one click, with a progress bar and a Stop button 📊 One clean row per member: name, profile link, email, and every membership question and answer 📧 Emails pulled out automatically: if you ask for an email in your membership questions, it gets its own column 🔁 No duplicates: refresh as often as you like, each request is saved once 🙈 Stays out of your way: drag the Skootly panel anywhere, shrink it to a small pill, or hide it 🔒 Private by design: answers go to YOUR Google Sheet. Skootly can only open the sheet it creates for you, nothing else in your Drive.
