Email Tracker not tracking emails

I started using this plugin last month and for the few times the plug in was fine, since yesterday I can't get in to my account and settings and I am not seeing the tracker logo that confirms that emails sent are being tracked. i have pro version and this is getting annoying. when will this plug in be fixed.

dashboard not working

I started using Email tracker, 3 weeks ago and at first it was fine then I started seeing errors. I liked the app so I purchased pro version. I now can't access dashboard even when I clicked on email tracker. everytime the email is opened. I should get a notification I don't anymore. When I click on email link it gives errors. the app is full of errors and bugs and its not getting better. I can't acces 25, 50 per page, it starts giving errors. When I click on an email that was opened I get errors. At first emails shows the tracker sign now that is also not visible

Unable to access dashboard

I started using the extension maybe about 2 months ago. In the last few weeks I've been unable to get into my dashboard rendering the plugin effectively useless. There's no way for me to contact support outside of posting here. When I go to my email, click on the extension, and click on dashboard it takes me to SSO with my google account, I go through the SSO flow and then from there it will constantly load before getting a cloudflare timeout. I'm not sure what's going on but if I can get some support on this issue from the dev please do reach out.
