Problem signing in to my Apple Music account in the chrome extension

Every time I sign in to my Apple music account on browser, enter password, allow permission, then back to main page without signing in. Also tried signing with pass key (mobile camera QR code) but also getting same results.
Please assist.

Расширение shazam для браузера не работает, просто не находит песни.
Ничего не помогает, ни переустрановка приложения , ни переустановка Google Chrome.

Shazamed music randomly disappeared

When i was gonna use the shazam extension. All the shazamed songs randomly disappeared. And i didnt even delete them. All of my favourite songs were on it.

My Shazam history has disappeared

I had all my Shazam songs saved in the Google Chrome extension, and now I have gone to check, and they've all just randomly disappeared. I don't seem to understand the cause of this or whether I'll be able to get all the songs saved back. All my Shazam songs were saved in the Google Chrome extension, but when I went to check them, they all disappeared for no apparent reason. I don’t understand what caused this or if I can recover the saved songs. Need any help you can offer.

Lost shazams!!

Hello!! I noticed when shazaming a song w/the chrome extension (Win.11) recently that all my previous shazams (well over 100) are gone. While I do have an Apple music account, it was not connected because I am not able to pay for apple music at the moment. I do have the shazam app on my android phone, but since I am using the shazam extension on chrome (Windows 11), I do not use it but for to see if it can catch a song that the computer cannot. Have I lost all my shazams? Please help!!!!! TYSVM!!!!! Regards!!!
