No per-site setup; if a layout changes, just point again. • Knows when to hand over: complaints, "talk to a human" or a phone number left → you get a notification. Type in yourself and the bot pauses that conversation. • Comments: a short public answer under the post or a private message, depending on what was asked. • Follow-ups when someone goes quiet, working hours, Vietnamese and English, a typing indicator while writing. • Test a question before going live and see exactly which facts were used.
