Overview

Shows what is playing in your browser tabs in the EdgePlayer app for Mac, with play, pause, seek and volume controls.

EdgePlayer is a drawer that slides in from the edge of your screen and lists every media player that is active at the same time: your music and video apps and any browser tab playing audio or video. With this extension, each tab that is playing shows up as a card in the drawer, where you can: • play, pause, skip and seek • change volume, mute and playback speed • see the site and artwork of what is playing • bring the tab to the front, or close it with a swipe IMPORTANT: this extension needs the EdgePlayer app for Mac (macOS 14 or later). Without the app it does nothing. Download: https://github.com/fabioov/EdgePlayer-Releases/releases/latest Privacy: the extension only talks to the EdgePlayer app on your own Mac (ws://127.0.0.1). It does not send anything to any server, has no analytics and does not store your browsing data.
