Overview
Record your workflow to teach mlti.ai how you work
mlti.ai Teach captures how you work so AI can do it for you. Hit record, then work normally across your tabs — HubSpot, Gmail, Stripe, whatever tools you use. The extension quietly observes your clicks, form fills, navigation, and tab switches. An AI assistant runs alongside in a chat sidebar, asking clarifying questions: "What would you do if they don't respond?" "Is there a case where you'd skip this step?" When you're done, mlti.ai combines what you did with why you did it to generate a structured playbook — a plain-English document that captures your process, timing, edge cases, and judgment calls. What the extension captures: - Page navigation and tab switches - Clicks and form inputs (passwords are always masked) - Copy and paste actions - Significant UI changes (modals, dialogs) What it doesn't do: - No screenshots or screen recording - No access to your tool accounts (that comes later, only if you choose) - No data sent to third parties — everything goes to your mlti.ai account Built for office managers and ops coordinators at service businesses who spend their day executing repeatable processes across multiple tools. Client onboarding, intake coordination, vendor setup — the work that's too complex for Zapier but too routine for your full attention. Teach it once. Let it run. Learn more at mlti.ai
