A quiet, private second brain. Norget brings back your own saves while you write. Save a page in one click and Norget keeps its readable text. Later, when you are writing an email, a post or a doc, press Alt+Shift+N. A small panel shows up to three of your saves that match what you are writing, with the passage that matched. Copy the link or insert the quote, then keep writing. What the extension does: • Save the page you are reading with the toolbar button or Alt+Shift+S, with a note, tags and a collection • Quick save with Alt+Shift+B, then add one line on why you saved it • Find your saves for what you are writing with Alt+Shift+N or the right-click menu • Import your Chrome bookmarks from the popup. Norget asks for bookmarks access only for the import and gives it back when the import ends • Mute the panel on any site • Optional save buttons on X and Instagram, and import of your saved posts On norget.io you can ask your archive a question and get an answer that quotes your saves, with links to the source. Answers come only from what you saved. If your archive does not hold the answer, Norget says so. Private by default: • Nothing runs on a page until you click the button, press a shortcut or use the right-click menu • Find my saves is off until you turn it on, and it never reads password, payment or one-time-code fields • For find my saves, Norget keeps a hash of your text, not the text • No ads and no advertising trackers.
