Nextal Sourcing Chrome extension works together with Nextal Applicant Tracking System. Once Registered into the ATS (at https://app.nextal.com), provide your credentials to this chrome extension to import any profile from Linkedin into the ATS Nextal Chrome Extensions allows you to directly download your talent and contacts from LinkedIn or Indeed into your Nextal Applicant Tracking System. ### 1.6.0 New: save a LinkedIn profile as a CRM contact - A Candidate / Contact switch at the top of the side panel. Candidate mode works exactly as before. - Contact mode prefills the first and last name, title (from the profile headline), current company, email, phone and LinkedIn URL. - Company: the extension looks for the company in Nextal. You link the contact to an existing company or create a new one. If you retry after an error, the company isn't created twice. - Duplicate check: before saving, the extension looks for an existing contact with the same LinkedIn profile, then the same email. If it finds one, you can open it in the CRM or create the contact anyway. - After saving: a link opens the new contact in the Nextal CRM, and "Save another profile" starts again. - Reminder: check the fields before saving; what's saved is what you see on the open profile. Other changes - Auto-import still applies only to candidates. - An expired session now shows the login screen with a "session expired" notice. - All new screens are in English and French. ### 1.5.2 - Clearer message when a LinkedIn profile is already in Nextal more than once. If two or more candidates in your database share the same LinkedIn profile, the extension now explains it and lists those candidates with a link to each, so you can merge the duplicates in Nextal and import the profile again.
